Phase 1: Permission

Naming the truth without shame

  • Build trust in yourself to course-correct when things feel off
     
  • Strengthen your ability to stay grounded, even when life gets loud

You no longer abandon yourself when things get hard. You feel steadier, calmer, and more confident navigating daily life, not because life is perfect, but because you trust yourself.
